I am so glad you asked! We will meet for 45 minutes via Zoom. This means total flexibility for both of us to meet whenever and wherever is most convenient :).
I will send you the link for our meeting to the email you provide me.

Great question! Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. I advise all clients to book sessions consecutively so they can see results quicker. It would be ideal to do all 6 sessions in 6 weeks, but we can be a little flexible. :)

I love that you are asking this! It all depends on you. We will work hard and have fun in our coaching calls. I hope we laugh and cry and learn together. I will also give you extra resources beyond our coaching calls. I will be there to support you all the way but YOU will be doing the work. YOU are actually the one that knows what you need. I am just going to give you some invaluable resources that will change your life. No joke. I mean really change your life. There is no way I would have invested the time and $ into Life Coach School if it wasn’t changing mine.
And you’ve got this. It is work that will actually make your life feel easier.

I get it. Life happens. If you have an emergency, you may cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session with no penalty. Just text me and we will reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows will count as one of your scheduled sessions.
Your time is valuable and so is mine. I will never cancel last minute unless I have a true emergency, and I ask that you do the same. I will make every effort to give you plenty of prior notice if I need to reschedule our session. You are a priority to me.
